Engineering cooling and power as one system
Solar AC Ghana does one thing: engineer solar generation and climate control so they work as a single system. Corporate facilities make up the core of the order book — office towers, technology floors and multi-site portfolios where cooling is the dominant electrical load and downtime carries a cost the facilities team can quantify. High-end residences form the second pillar: homes where owners expect the air conditioning, the solar array and the battery backup to be sized from a load study, not a guess.
Specifications, not shortcuts
Every commission begins with a measured load survey. From that survey comes a written performance specification — array output, cooling capacity, backup autonomy, monitoring points — and the installation is commissioned against those numbers before we hand it over. A named member of our Project Office owns each job from survey to sign-off, and the handover file records what was specified, what was installed and what was measured. That discipline is why our systems keep performing years after commissioning, and why clients renew their maintenance contracts.
Where we work
Our teams operate across Greater Accra — from Airport City and Ridge out to Tema and East Legon — and in Kumasi and the wider Ashanti Region, with the same survey-first method on every site.
Who commissions us
Facilities and operations managers responsible for corporate buildings. Estate managers and owners of executive residences. Organisations that put performance requirements in writing before awarding work — and check them afterwards. Client references available on request.
